Waterfall Sudoku is part of the Sudoku Slash family of games, developed by Peter Minwegen. These terms apply specifically to the Waterfall Sudoku app and website.
Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Waterfall Sudoku, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Waterfall Sudoku is a free, ad-free endless sudoku puzzle game that provides:
- Infinite scrolling sudoku puzzles
- Adaptive difficulty levels
- Progress tracking and statistics (stored locally)
- No advertisements
- No in-app purchases
- No account required
No Account Required
Waterfall Sudoku does not require any account creation or sign-in. All game progress is stored locally on your device. Simply download and play.
Acceptable Use
When using Waterfall Sudoku, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Share or sell your account to others
- Use the app for any illegal purposes
Intellectual Property
All content in Waterfall Sudoku, including but not limited to graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned by Peter Minwegen / Sudoku Slash and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Waterfall Sudoku is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be available at all times
- The app will be free of errors or bugs
- Your data will never be lost
- The app will meet all your expectations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peter Minwegen / Sudoku Slash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Waterfall Sudoku.
Modifications to Service

Termination
